Natural Light Demonstration Shoot (Harrisburg, PA)

  • Fort Hunter Mansion and Park 5300 North Front Street Harrisburg, PA, 17110 United States (map)

Join us for this Natural Light Demonstration Shoot with our Natural Light Photography Instructor, Megan Hoffer of Megan Hoffer Photography.

What is a Demonstration Shoot?

A Demo Shoot is a cross between a Shadow Experience with Megan on a real shoot and a Practice Shoot with real clients.

It is a hands-on experience meant to demonstrate AND practice the techniques taught at LPS.

Attendees must have taken Natural Light Photography, Get More from Your Camera, Composition and/ or Posing classes prior to attending the Demonstration Shoot.

During the experience Megan will quickly explain the lighting, gear, and posing choices while working directly with the clients, then pass off the lead role to a student to take over.

Everyone gets to second shoot around whoever is leading like you would at a styled shoot. Everyone gets time to lead and Megan is available to answer questions and help/guide during the entire shoot.

At the end of the day, all photographers walk away with stronger skills and stunning images for their portfolio.

Suggested Gear: A Camera and your favorite lenses (a slightly longer lens, like an 85mm can make shooting around whoever is leading a little easier.)

This, my friends, is the icing on the cake. We highly encourage you to regularly attend practice and demonstration shoots to complete your learning experience!

* Location is completely outdoors in natural light and will be held LIGHT rain or shine. In the event of heavy rain, the shoot will be moved into the studio in Lancaster. You will be notified of any changes via the email address provided when you purchase your ticket.

* If something comes up and you are not able to attend, tickets are transferable to another photographer but NOT REFUNDABLE.

Tickets Are $199 For This Members Only Event.
